The URL above is the location of a comprehensive review of the Baltimore Regional Offices continued problems with controlling the workload of cases assigned. The multitude of problems cited by the Office of the Inspector General team paint a horrible picture of abuse and neglect at the Baltimore RO. If there is any way you can avoid going to the Baltimore RO for assistance it would most likely be in your best interest to do so.
